Taper lock bushings mount pulleys, sprockets, and sheaves on shafts. They are split, flangeless bushings that use screws to tighten on the shaft and provide excellent clamping force. These bearings also narrow sprocket hubs, maintain a small center of load dimension and stabilize overhung loads. Used in flush mounting, taper-lock bushings have evenly spaced installation and removal holes. They are highly effective in high-torque applications when installed correctly.
Z21 taper lock inner sizes from 5mm to 35mm and outer sizes from 16mm to 60mm are widely used for timing pulleys HTD3M or HTD5M.
