Stepper Motor Peristaltic Pump
Peristaltic pump system is mainly divided into three parts: peristaltic pump head, peristaltic pump pipe and peristaltic pump driver.
1. Selection of pump heads.
1, the pump head is divided into single channel and multi-channel transport fluid.
2. Hose should be replaced easily.
3, there is easy to fix the hose.
4. Fine tuning ratchet to change the pressure pipe gap to accommodate different wall thickness hoses.
5. How to choose the roller: the 6 roller structure has a large flow rate; the 10 pulley structure has a slightly smaller pulsation.
6, easy to open the card.
Two. Selection of pump tube
1, peristaltic pump hose selection factors:
A, good elasticity, that is, hose can restore shape quickly after compression.
B, good wear resistance.
C, the ability to withstand pressure is good enough.
D, good tightness (no leakage).
E, good temperature resistance, low adsorption, no swelling, no ageing, strong corrosion resistance and low precipitation.
2, peristaltic pump hose parameters
Wall thickness and inner diameter are the main parameters of hose specifications.
3. Peristaltic pump hose material
Rubber, plastics, silicone rubber, synthetic materials, etc., the performance of different materials is different, the use is also different.
4. Several points should be considered when selecting hoses.
A, chemical corrosion resistance / chemical compatibility
B. When transferring different fluids, hoses exhibit corresponding excellent chemical properties, which are called chemical compatibility. Such as: good temperature resistance, no aging, low adsorption, no swelling, corrosion resistance, low precipitation.
C. The higher the temperature is, the lower the chemical corrosion resistance is. The chemicals that have no effect on the tube at room temperature may affect the hose as the temperature rises.
D, pressure
The pressure performance of hose restricts the application of peristaltic pump.
E, temperature
The user should consider the scope of the hose to adapt to the working temperature. Different materials show different temperatures.
F, size
The size of hose directly affects the flow rate. When designing peristaltic pump, the wall thickness and inner diameter of hose should be considered, and the most suitable hose size should be selected. The inner diameter of the hose determines the flow rate; the wall thickness determines the ability of the hose to be compressed and resilient, and greatly affects the life of the hose.
G, certification
When the hose is used for related purposes, it should pass the relevant certification.
H / hose life / flexibility / elasticity
Different tube types, pipes, pump heads and running speed also have different lifespan. Therefore, different hoses have different resistance to roller extrusion and friction.
Three, the choice of drive
1. Requirements for traffic volume
2, do we need traffic control?
3, do we need to allocate traffic?
4, how about the protection level?
5, the overall structure is not reasonable.
