Not only every RobotDigg Team Member are together, from the 2 days site down, I strongly feel that RobotDigg customers are also together with us.

Compared to the goal rank in 100-year enterprise, RobotDigg is a young team running on equip makers business besides a stepper / linear stepper motor factory. The team is full of young people, a young warehouse, a young website but full of energy and creativity. In last 5 years, RobotDigg has expanded over 900 square meters warehouse which is located in Shanghai with a ready stock and quick response for your request.

It is our customers' support and trust encouraged us to achieve better in supply chain for worldwide makers and builders of industrial products.

During the period when our website was down (Jan 10-Jan 11,2017) due to a website domain conflict, we were unable to access both the website and emails. However our technical team stay overnight to communicate with US domain registrar and make necessary actions to educate out customers through RobotDigg sales and marketing teams. We also used our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Lindedin to let our customers know about ongoing status to bring website back to life.
We were afraid as new customers who reach our website may not know what has happened, but our customer service team is patient enough to explain when they called over a phone or when they leave a message on Skype or other means.
We do appreciate your patience during last two days and we are happy to understand that not only RobotDigg Team Members are together but also thousands of our customers users are also with RobotDigg. Sorry for unpleasant experience caused due to unavailability of website for past 2 days and keeping on clicking our website to stay updated. :)
We resolved the domain issue with a guarantee from domain registrar that such incidents will not be repeated.
